2018
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC (SPM) established in March 2018 and started its operations in a government authorized free zone called Dubai Production City with office located at Warehouse B-36 with 41 employees and office space of 11,000 square feet under the 100% ownership of Mr. Sami Abu Ahmad.Products Offered – Full Range of Casted Bars & Granules

– Gold 995.0, 999.0, 999.9 - 50% of Sam Precious Metals sold by Mr. Sami Abu Ahmad to Snyder Prime Limited with full management control kept with Mr. Sami Abu Ahmad. Snyder Prime Limited is an investment company registered at Abu Dhabi Global Market. Sam Precious Metals Board of Directors was officially formed with 5 members, 3 directors chosen by Mr. Sami Abu Ahmad and 2 directors chosen by Snyder Prime Limited.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC acquired an existing refinery in Sharjah called Sun Gold FZE – LLC with management takeover and the name was changed to Sam Precious Metals FZE which became the first subsidiary of Sam Precious Metals FZ – LLC Dubai.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC started minted gold bars department with all range of rectangular shape only with Sam Logo Trademark and purity 999.9 with weight – 1g, 2.5g, 5g, & 10g, One Tola, 20g,0z,50g & 100g.
- MOU signed with one of the most respectable Bullion trader of Egypt to establish Sam Precious Metals Egypt Branch with Joint Venture of 50:50 and management control with Sam Precious Metals FZ – LLC Dubai -UAE.
- Chosen by Dubai Gold Jewelry Group to be the minting partner for Dubai Shopping Festival Season for the years 2018 –2019.
- Renovation & Conversion of Sam Precious Metals FZE Sharjah subsidiary to become the first silver specialist refinery in the region with production commencing by end of year.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC Main Branch (Dubai operations) received five ISO accreditation certificates relating to Environment, Health and Safety, Management system, Customer Satisfaction and CE Mark. Namely, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 10002:2014, & CE MARK.
- Sam Precious Metals joined the Responsible Jewelry Council Organization as a member making it the first Gold & Silver Refinery to become a part of this reputable organization in UAE.
2019
- Sam Precious Metals Egypt Business Plan gets approved and license is received.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC rewarded as the Title Sponsor at Dubai Precious Metals Conference 2019.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ LLC rewarded as Kilo Bar Partner at Indian International Gold conference 2019.
- Sam Precious Metals FZE Sharjah commenced production.
- Sam Precious Metal’s total number of manpower (employees) increased by 49% to become 61 persons.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC Dubai -UAE “Main Branch” became the first UAE based refinery to get RJC – CoP certification.
- Sam Precious Metals Egypt Construction started.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC “Main Branch” expanded its office to next building B-37 (to be B36 & B37) to accommodate expanding production lines which will increase the total working space to 22,000 Square feet.
2020
- Sam Precious Metals FZE “Sharjah Subsidiary received five ISO accreditation certificates relating to Environment, Health and Safety, Management system, Customer Satisfaction and CE Mark. Namely, ISO 9000:2015, ISO 14001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 10002:2014, & CE MARK.
- Rosyson FZE joins Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC “Main Branch” by buying 25% shares of Synder Prime Limited. The board of directors reformed with management control continuing under Mr. Sami Abu Ahmed. Two directors assigned from SPM, one from Rosyson Investment FZE and one from Synder Prime Limited.
- Sam Precious Metals Egypt construction completed.
- Sam Precious Metal’s total manpower increased by 20% to become 73 persons.
- Sam Precious Metals Egypt accredited ISO 9001:2015 certification for their management system.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC became a member at Dubai Gold Jewelry Group.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC with Dubai Police and Dubai Tourism with incorporation of DGJG installed QR Code Scan at Gateways to Dubai Gold Souq to simplify and support contact – less navigation where it will help our Gold Souq from spread of Covid-19.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ – LLC “Main Branch” Manager received appreciation certificate for his contribution to the work done over the years with Dubai customs.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC “Main Branch” awarded “Mestanes” reward from Dubai Customs.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC “Main Branch” Started production in their expanded production space at Dubai Production City and the total area became 22,000 Square feet (B-36 & B-37).
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC “Main Branch” received ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification for their lab for sampling & testing gold and silver using cupellation method, ICP & XRF for gold. Cupellation method ICP, XRF and titration method for silver. ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is regarded as one of the highest accreditations for professional precious metals laboratories.
2021
- Sam Precious Metals Egypt started production.
- Sam Precious Metal’s total manpower increased by 100% to become 146 persons.
- Sam Precious Metals Egypt received 5 accreditations, related to environment, Health & Safety, Customer Satisfaction and CE MARK. Namely, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 10002:2014 & CE CERTIFICATION
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC got Dubai Good Delivery for their granule silver 20kg packaging.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC got Dubai Good Delivery certification for Silver Large Bars product.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC signed long term agreement with Dubai Production City Authority for bigger Plot C-39 with total Area of 65,000 Square feet, which would consolidate the two refineries in UAE (Sharjah & Dubai) at one location within one to one and half year of developing new place with adding new value-added products.
- Sam Precious Metals rewarded as the Silver Sponsor at 9th Dubai Precious Metals Conference 2021.

- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC got the UAE Good Delivery for their Silver grains of minimum 999.0 purity as prescribed in EBC Accreditation Rules.
- Sam Precious Metals FZ-LLC got the UAE Good Delivery for their Silver 750 -1100oz bar of minimum 999.0 purity and 1kg bar of minimum 999.0 purity
- SAM Precious Metals FZ-LLC has been recertified by Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) for Code of Practices (COP).
